- Email address: used for license delivery and support communication.
- Order information: order ID, amount, and payment status collected via Creem, used to confirm purchases and provide support.
2. How we use it
Collected information is used solely for delivering the Smart Vault license and providing after-sales support.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record (MoR); payment details and taxes are handled by Creem. We do not store full card details.
